Going out of town, or has something unexpected come up? We are here to help. Have you trained with us before and you are heading away? Not a problem at all. We will happily watch over your dog while you are gone and refresh their training while they are with us.
Ordinary boarding is a holding pattern. Two weeks in a kennel with no structure and no expectations, and dogs quietly slide backwards, the recall gets slower, the threshold manners disappear, the leash pulling comes back. Our Stay & Train is the opposite. Your dog stays with the people who trained them, keeps the same routine and standards they already know, and comes home sharper than they left.

Who It Is For
Summit Kennels clients, only. We know your dog, your dog knows us, and there is no adjustment period. Holidays and summer book out first, the client's peak Stay & Train season runs across Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, so early booking matters.

Summit Pack Lifetime Training
One Investment. A Lifetime of Support.
The Summit Pack Lifetime Training add-on is for owners who are serious about their dog staying in the best state possible. It can be added to any of our programs before, during, or any time after your training with Summit Kennels.
This is the "community, not just a program" part of Summit Kennels made concrete. Dogs drift. Life changes, a new baby, a move, a second dog, an injury, an owner who got busy for six months. Lifetime members do not have to start over or pay again. They just book another session.
What Lifetime Membership Includes
- Unlimited follow-on private lessons, for the life of your dog — normally $125 each
- Free access to our monthly group training events — normally $25 per session
- Stay & Train at $50 per day instead of $100
- Priority booking and ongoing access to your trainer
The Maths
Four private lessons and a handful of group sessions a year already pass the value of the membership. Owners who use it properly are ahead within eighteen months, and they are still covered a decade later.

Group Training
Once a month during the summer, Summit Kennels runs a group training class to keep pack members progressing, real distraction work, real dogs, real environments. Sessions are $25, or free for Summit Pack lifetime members.

01 Do I have to have trained with you to book Stay & Train?
Stay & Train is built for past clients, because the value is in your dog returning to the same structure and standards they already know. If you have not trained with us, contact us and we will talk through what makes sense.
02 Is this the same as normal boarding?
No. Ordinary boarding is a holding pattern, two weeks with no structure and dogs quietly slide backwards. Stay & Train keeps daily training sessions running, so your dog comes home sharper than they left.
03 How far in advance should I book?
Early. Holidays are peak season for Stay & Train, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year fill first, and summer is close behind.
04 Is there a minimum stay?
Contact us with your dates. Pricing is $100 per day, or $50 per day for Summit Pack lifetime members.
05 Can I add Lifetime Training after my program has finished?
Yes. It can be added before, during, or any time after your training with Summit Kennels. Nothing expires.
06 Does Lifetime Training cover a second dog?
The membership follows the dog it was purchased for. If you have more than one dog, ask us about the multi-dog discount.
06 What happens if my dog's training slips years from now?
You come back. That is the entire point of the membership, unlimited follow-on lessons for the life of your dog, without starting over or paying again.
